Rates and Policies


Summer Season (3 night min) 

May 1 - Oct 1

$199 per night or $1260 per week  

Off Season Rates (3 night min) 

April and Oct

$150 per night or $945 per week

Rates do not include a $100 cleaning fee or 12% city tax and are based on double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

 Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.
 To reserve your dates a $400.00 deposit is required at the  time of booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
 If a reservation is canceled more than 60 days before arrival, all payments will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If cancelled 60 - 30 days prior to arrival your $400.00 deposit will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds are made for unused nights because of late arrivals or early departure.
The unit is inspected before each check-in and after each checkout to ensure it is left in satisfactory condition. Any missing items, damage or extensive cleaning required will result in additional charges. Property damage will be invoiced at 1.3 times the cost of replacement or repair plus reasonable costs of collection including attorney fees, if necessary to collect the same. An invoice will be provided to outline any additional charges incurred following guest’s stay. Such determination will be made at the discretion of the owners.
